The way to reach smbai.guide is email: info@smbaiguides.com. There is no contact form. Messages go to the site's editor, who publishes under the pen name Rowan Kessler.

Corrections

If a guide gets a price, a product name, a feature or a rule wrong, please say so. It helps to include:

• the link to the guide, and the sentence or tool card that is wrong;
• what is correct, with a link to the source (for prices, the vendor's own pricing page);
• whether you work for the vendor, so the correction can be read in that light.

Corrections with a source link are the quickest to check. When a guide is corrected, its “last updated” date changes. How guides are researched and refreshed is on the methodology page.

Tool and business-type suggestions

Know a tool that fits a business type better than the ones a guide names, or run a kind of business that has no guide yet? Send the tool's name and website, or the business type, and what you would want a guide to cover.

Partnerships and press

For partnership, press or vendor questions, use the same address and say who you are and what you have in mind. The affiliate disclosure sets out the site's current financial relationships with the tools it covers.

What the site can't help with

The guides are general information, not legal, medical, tax or financial advice, and the editor can't give advice on your specific business by email. Questions about a tool's account, billing or support belong with that tool's vendor. See the terms of use.
