Affiliate disclosure

The short version

As of the date above, smbai.guide does not earn money when you click a tool link or sign up for a tool it mentions. None of the links to tools carry an affiliate or referral ID, and the site does not run display ads.

What is on the links

Links on tool cards add tracking tags to the end of the address, such as utm_source=smbai and the name of the guide you clicked from. These tags tell the vendor's website analytics that you came from smbai.guide. They do not identify you, and no one pays the site because of them.

Affiliate programs

Many of the tools the guides cover run affiliate or referral programs, and the site keeps a list of them. The site has not added an affiliate ID to any link. If that changes, this page will be updated to name the programs, and affiliate links will be labelled where they appear. Whether a tool has an affiliate program is not part of how tools are chosen or rated; that process is on the methodology page.

Ads

The site is set up so it could show Google AdSense ads in future, but no ads run today. If ads are switched on, this page will say so.

Ratings

Star ratings in the guides are editorial judgments of fit, not hands-on test results. The guides don't claim the tools were tested hands-on unless a guide says so for a specific tool.
